About

Hello! My name is Alan, and I'm a 29 year old artist based in Spain.I've been drawing and creating since I was a toddler. I went to an art school where I studied what is known as Bachillerato Artísico in Spain, but did not graduate.

After a decade long hiatus, I started drawing again around 2021, when I fell in love again with it.
Since then, I've been making fanart and uploading it on various social media, and enjoying every step!
Around the same time I started to draw again, I also started streaming on Twitch, which, to my suprise, I enjoyed very much. That helped create a little community centered around my streams and my art, that little by little keeps growing. It's not easy, but ultimately, my goal in life is to create art and share it with the world, while being able to live independently.I am currently working on my first webcomic, which I will be uploading to Webtoons, hopefully very soon! For updates on that, my art, streams, and my life, follow me on Twitter! It's where I am most active.

Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the Terms of Service listed below.

1.1
The commissioned artwork might include a subtle sign or signature that the client may not remove.
1.2
Unless the client asks otherwise, I might stream part of the process on my Twitch channel.
1.3
Prices are subject to change based on factors such as demand fluctuations, intricacy of the artwork, and stylistic preferences.
1.4
I reserve the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.
2.1
The sketching process will only start once I have received the payment.
2.2
All prices are expressed in US dollars (US), and I will only accept payments in USD.
2.3
Payments will be made through a PayPal invoice. The invoices will be sent either via e-mail or through a PayPal invoice link.
2.4
Commissions must be paid 100% upfront for orders below 120$. Orders of 120$ or more can be paid 50% upfront and 50% after final approval. On split payment orders, the final commissioned artwork will be delivered once the last payment is received.
2.5
Payments should be made when the client receives an invoice from me, do not make any kind of payment before that.
3.1
While working on the client’s commission, I will send updates and ask for feedback, unless the client explicitly asks not to.
3.2
The number of updates and reviews depends on the complexity of the work.
3.3
Work in progress images may include a watermark and be of lower quality or resolution than the finalized work.
3.4
You may NOT publicly post these updates/reviews.
3.5
The time it takes to finish the commission may vary from 2 weeks to 3 months, depending on factors such as health, complexity of work, other work, slot order, and unexpected events.
3.6
Comic orders might take longer than the specified timeframe in 3.5, depending on factors such as the number of pages, complexity of work, and other considerations listed in points 3.5 and 3.7.
3.7
The time frame for completion of the commission is subject to the promptness of the client's responses. Delays in client feedback may extend the overall delivery time beyond the initially estimated period. It is the responsibility of the client to provide timely feedback to ensure timely completion of the commission.
3.8
Once the piece is finished, the client will receive the full-resolution image. Please note that there is no physical product.
4.1
Up to 3 major revisions can be made during the sketching phase of the commission. Any major changes after that will be subject to a fee, and that fee depends on the change and the complexity of it.
4.2
If the client gives little or no feedback when receiving an update, I am not responsible for any resulting inaccuracies or omissions in the final piece.
4.3
After the commission is completed, minor changes are allowed (e.g., color corrections, inaccurate details or elements that are my fault, etc.)
4.4
Any major changes to the final piece are subject to a fee, which will depend on the complexity of the change.
4.5
A redraw of a completed piece will only happen if I receive payment for a second order.
4.6
The client may ask for updates on the commission if they are reasonably spaced (every 3 or more days since the last update).
5.1
Rush orders with a deadline of 30 days or less, if accepted, will be charged a non-negotiable fee.
5.2
The Rush Fee base price is 30% of the commission price. The fee will vary depending on the complexity of the piece and the time provided to complete it.
5.3
I reserve the right to reject a commission if the timeframe is not enough to complete it.
6.1
If the client cancels the order before I start working on it, they will receive a 100% refund.
6.2
If the client cancels the order once the sketching phase has started, they will receive a 70% refund.
6.3
Past the sketching phase, no refunds will be given.
6.4
The client is not allowed to issue a chargeback for any reason. If the client cancels the order, they must contact me, and I will refund the money myself. Any issued chargeback will be declined and I will supply PayPal with proof of our conversations about the commission and payments. Furthermore, the client will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.
